001. Montecito, Residence - Exterior render

Exterior render of The Montecito residence that aimed to present how the concepts of nature and luxury blend into one.

TAU accompanied the client during the whole design process. From conceptual models to CD's and shop drawings, every single requirement was met by TAU. This render captures warm textures, layered terraces, and expansive glazing that shape a calm, contemporary view

From exploded axon views to precise tube dimensions and beam alignment notes, the detail captures the full logic behind the assembly. It’s a clean snapshot of how careful coordination, fabrication accuracy, and clear documentation come together to make the built result possible.

005. Car dealership - Building sections

This documentation was developed as part of the permit approval process with the city, while also advancing the project into construction documentation and value engineering.

The set focuses on technical clarity, coordination, and buildability ensuring that design intent is accurately translated into drawings that support both regulatory review and efficient construction decisions

Car dealership - Overall plan

This floor plan lays out the overall organization of the project, showing how the different program areas connect and how the building sits on the site.

You can clearly see the grid system, the structural layout, and the way circulation threads through the spaces. The plan highlights all the rooms, service areas, and access points, while the notes and legends on the right help explain wall types, key construction details, and how to read the drawing.
